Austin Dillon's Camping World Truck Series qualifying time was disallowed Friday afternoon.
Dillon, the grandson of team owner Richard Childress, had his time disqualified after failing postqualifying inspection for not meeting the height requirements.
As a result, the No. 3 Chevrolet Series entry will miss the race.
The fastest driver not to make the race, Jennifer Jo Cobb, will take Dillon's spot in the race.
Colin Braun won pole for Saturday's Mountain Dew 250. |
