He comes to a complete stop at the line to enter pit road causing a pile up. He was actually having his best run of the season, but dang, he took out Sadler with that nonsense. That can't help his standing with Forda and RPM.

As we all know, I'm pretty hard on Yates and the way the organization has fallen off, but then again, some of it has to be on the driver's they have had the last few years. Three past drivers were in the field today, they weren't in Yates equipment, and they still didn't do anything. AJ Allmendinger a 10th place finish. He ran in the top 10-18 all day long and then came in with the strong finish. He was up in 8th earlier. Kasey Kahne was a little off today. I decided to not even focus on the Yates guys today (thank God) and instead concentrated mostly on the guys I'll be following next year, Kahne, Allmendinger, Sadler and Menard. I hate that after throwing away a year of his life driving our terrible equiptment he has to go to another so-so organization. Maybe since they have a talented driver locked in for next year they won't have to resort to a season of start and parks. For his sake, I hope that is the case.

Darnell and Mennard were 2 of the bottom 4 in qualifying of the 35 that are locked in. Thank God this disaster is almost over. With RMP taking over we can concentrate on watching Kahne and Allmendinger actually be competitive rather than this crap Yates is putting out. They should have just gone ahead done away with the Yates name when Robert got out of the sport.

I'm not sure he wants to go to a start and park team if another ride is available, but it looks like they want him if he wants them. AJ Allmendinger once again had a very strong day, running top 15 most of the day and finishing 10th.

Kasey Kahne had a top 15 car, but dropped a cylinder, blew up and finished 33rd.

Elliott Sadler was 22nd.

Paul Mennard was 29th.

With Menard out, we only have a rookie (Darnell) and Sadler to pull for on the Yates side and Kahne and Allendinger on the RPM side. Though it goes against everything I believe in, I will pull for Regan and Kenseth just because they are running the new engine.
