Interesting decision by Casey. Stay on the track in possibly start and park equipment rather than just take a ride in a lower series or sit out a few months... I can't imagine this team being competitive.

Glad Casey at least has a ride. I know he isn't the greatest driver, but I kind of feel bad for him losing his ride the way he did last year.

Hopefully this team will run the whole races. The decision Reed took I think is the right way to go- go back to a great NW team, win some races, do a little Cup, and come back strong next year.

I agree. I think Reed's decision was a much wiser one than Casey's. Reed has an opportunity to be competitive (albeit in a lower series). Casey has the opportunity to make races, maybe, but nothing more. I think this might be the final nail in the coffin as far as Casey Mears' career in competitive Sprint Cup Series race cars goes.
