good run again

so in the offseason the woods need to work on getting their car better on restarts & pit-stops. WBR are bringing top top-20 cars to the track constantly they just seem to lose way toooo much track position after cautions. on long runs they are good, but they're fighting not to get lapped by the time the car starts coming in. hopefully hyder & bill can work on that because they are improving

They lost a lot of track position on that one restart when Biffle bogged the field down coming to the green. The accordion effect sent Bill backwards about 15 spots.

Good recovery to a top-20, though.
