I'm not expecting Nascar to penalize Busch , it's not a Roush Ford

It's not really gonna matter much. If there were points penalty it wouldn't make any difference.
I just want them to penalize him just because

I think they should penalize him 200 points - make there a race for the championship again!! lol

In addition, Brad Parrott, who was crew chief of the No. 09 RAB Racing team of John Wes Townley at Texas Motor Speedway, has been fined $5,000 and placed on NASCAR probation until Dec. 31 after he was found to be in violation of the rule concerning an unapproved panhard bar adjustment during impound by a team member. The infraction was found during the prerace inspection.
