Has anyone seen the "Official" Shootout entry list

I don't think there has been an official one released yet, but the only question mark is: Will the 22 team show up? If they don't show up, Scott Speed will be in the Shootout.

I wonder what the hold up is?

they have Speed in the race. I don't know if it's an 'official" list?
