Bobby Labonte to drive #96; ask.com to sponsor

I think he's ready to move up now. He said he didn't want to go to Cup before 2009. Well, 2009 is here, and he hasn't gotten a Cup opportunity. Roush has nothing available (other than a part time NW ride) and Yates is getting pretty full too. If he wants to go to Cup, he's going to have to bring a sponsor (with more money than Northern Tool). I think we'll see him with Yates in the future, maybe even next year. Labonte, McMurray, Braun, and Darnell... that would be a good team.

I think that would be an excellent lineup. Bobby and Jamie could coach Colin and Erik as they look to be well-known drivers too. Smile
