I'd say it's time to look elsewhere...

Montoya has been running very well with the team. It seems like the cars are much better than last year...

In a way I'd like to see Truex move over to SHR, in a way I say no...... it's very early to expand, but I'd say if he can bring all year sponsorship come along for the ride.... rather have him over Brad K

Honestly speaking... I think Brad's a good driver. He'd do very well in a Cup ride, and next season wouldn't be a bad time for him to move up, nor for SHR to add a third team.

I agree with that. SHR is doing an amazing job already- both cars in the top 12 and running very well. Adding a 3rd for Brad would make sense.
