Why does most of the drivers in practice only show 2 laps and a few other drivers more than 2 laps

They are all running practice qualifying runs, and so they only run 2 laps at a time, then go back to the garage. The majority of teams ran no more than 6-8 total laps in that session.
Yeah, Bill was really quick. Would be great to see the 21 on the pole tomorrow!

Qualifying is on right now! Would be great to see Bill on the Pole; then I wouldn't have to worry about how he fares in the Duels.

I was hoping as most everyone else I'm sure that they would go get the pole but unfortunately he didn't
but guess what- they accomplished the most important thing..... THEY QUALIFIED THEIR WAY INTO THE RACE!!!!
