Allmendinger in a Ford by Talladega?

Jack is probably afraid that they'll come out of the box with a fast Ford that will show up the awful Roush Fenway cars this year! :eek:

If they are already giving in to the 'wants' (demands) of Roush, this isn't good. I was hoping that RMP would pretty much utilize Ford's technical advice, Yates power and have very little to do with Roush. If we have learned anything over the last couple of years it is that he doesn't play well with others. RPM build very good cars for Kahne and Allmendinger right now. Put Yates' power plant in cars they build themselves, keep the Roush input to a minimum, and lets go racing. He is never going to do what is best for RPM, or Ford as a whole, only himself. Joining up with him is where Yates went wrong the first time around. He got Yates power, and what did we get in return (other than some help with some sponsors)?
